electric airsoft rifle

i got a Well R6E M4 A1 Airsoft Electric Rifle V2 from airsplat and cant figure out how to put in the battery?

In the directions on the box it say to lift up the grip or handguard or whatever you wanna call it.Well i cant open that.I can see the wires are in there to connect the battery because there are holes.How do I get to the battery?
