What is the minimum age for a gas airsoft pistol?
what is the minimum age for a gas airsoft pistol because i am under 18 and i have seen one that i want that is two tone. As im under 18 am i allowed one? i've seen other under 18's use them.
Since you're talking about two-tones I'll assume you're in the UK.
Under UK law it is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to buy or be sold any form of imitation firearm, be it realistic or unrealistic (two-tone). (Violent Crimes Reduction Act 2006 s.38)
There is no age restriction on use or ownership - you can be given a gift of an imitation. Note that giving someone money to buy you one, or trading other goods/services for an imitation both count as purchases under the eyes of the law and both parties in the transaction would be breaking the law.
If you can convince a parent or other party to give you a gift of one then you can legally own and use it. Bear in mind that unless the other person is a legitimate skirmisher they will be restricted to buying unrealistic imitations (two-tones).
